Fantastic, newly built Villa situated above Makarska- on a small hill named Veliko Brdo with extraordinary sea view, overlooking islands  and Makarska.
Villa can accommodate maximum 10 persons, and they can use two separate units:
First unit is on ground floor and first floor with accommodation for 6 persons.
Second unit is on second floor with accommodation for 4 persons.

On a ground floor is spacious living room with dining area and fully furnished kitchen. Also there is fitness room, sauna, shower area, toilet and laundry washer. Interior staircases leads to first floor.

On first floor there are 3 bedrooms with ouble bed, all rooms are air-conditioned with TV-SAT, WiFi, bathroom, shower and hair dryer. Two of those rooms has a balcony with sea view.

Second floor has its own separate entrance and it is fully air-conditioned apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and large balcony area with breathtaking sea view.

Entire villa is air conditioned and has free WiFi.

Landscape area is equipped with 40 square meters swimming pool, ambiental light, shower, sunbath area and lounge area.

Villa has 5 parking places.

Guest will enjoy the most beautiful sunset, while drinking homemade vine while their skin is bathing in last sun flames for the day.
